Riding Fat Tire

About a year ago, my dad and I were in Colorado when I got the itch for a ride. We booked a fat tire snow biking adventure, and it felt like stepping onto a whole new planet.

Pedaling through the deep snow was incredibly tough, but that challenge pulled me into total focus. Instead of scanning for roots and rocks like I usually do, I had to watch for slippery patches and spots where the snow suddenly deepened. The scenery was unreal — quiet, white, and beautiful. My mind stayed locked on the trail ahead in a completely different way. That ride pushed my ADHD to a whole new level. It showed me that mountain biking can challenge and calm my brain no matter the season or terrain.
